Can anyone help me find a resource on how to implement hotspots into a project?

Sorry but you are confusing hotspots in a VR project, with the topic of this question. It is about creating clickable spots on a normal content slide, not a 360° slide. You cannot know this, reason why I pointed to the original question (and answers) on the Adobe forums.

Video is not for VR/360 slides…I wanted to advise that it wasn’t in the event the question did pertain to VR. It didn’t have much detail as to how hotspots would be used.

OP, please let me know if I misunderstood.

It is the reason I asked several questions in the original thread in the Adobe forums, but didn’t get all the expected answers. Clear was that it is about normal slides, not about VR or 360 slides. Eternal problem: terminology. Hotspot is a word that can have many ‘translations’: in VR slides, in Questions, in Click/Reveal or Click/Replace interactions. My impression was that it was the last situation. For that reason I posted several links for the OP, and also referred to the many Click/Reveal interactions in the Quick Start Projects.

Same question was posted yesterday in the Adobe forums. You can follow the discussion:
