Help with Captivate 2019 Glossary Widget
Hi. Does anyone have tips for the glossary widget? Specifically, it does not appear at all in the preview (HTML5) and it seems to have thrown off the functionality of a video slide (it won’t automatically go to the next slide after the video anymore) I believe because I had the glossary set to function on all slides and pause the slideshow when it is open (even though I doesn’t open). I ended up removing the glossary completely. Perhaps I did something wrong when I set it up…? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Glossary is an old interaction, but within its limitations (for non-English languages not very useful) should work for HTML output. However you need to test after publishing and uploading to a webserver.
Your custom built interaction may indeed lead to problems, but cannot judge that without more details.
