Free Trial Download issues
I have used Camtasia and Articulate and was hoping to check out Captivate with a 30-day trial and for some reason, the application form keeps taking me to a 404 Error page. Does anyone know how to fix that so I can check it out on my own prior to committing to the big-ticket purchase?
I experienced this same issue as well on my Mac, I ended up downloading it on my Windows machine and transferring it over to my Mac.

I took a while to find these, but once logged into Adobe, you should be able to click these links for direct downloads (as of 02/04/2021). I’ve found this very handy if I have to switch machines and need to install without having to re-complete the trial-page form.

I was able to download the MAC version from a Windows PC then > USB drive > My mac.
I wasn’t able to do it so from my MAC either. Tried Chrome & Safari and nothing… The button does not respond.

Another question from you seems to tell that you are on Mac? How did you use Articulate on Mac?
Specifications about your OS are essential to find someone to help you out. I am a Windows user, totally incompetent to help Mac users with installation problems.
