No. The present certification which is rather basic has changed name a couple of times. There is only one official Adobe certificate.  It seems logical because real expertise can only be acquired after creating lot of projects and finding solutions to client requirements. It is quite impossible to set up a valid assessment of expertise, but that is my personal opinion. The Adobe certification will give you a broad view of the core features of Captivate, but do not expect advanced training.

Personally I don’t believe in certificates, but that is not your question. None of my clients has ever asked for a certificate (they looked at my blog), but you may be in a totally different situation and country. In my professional career (decades of teaching in university college and other types of training) my biggest struggle has always been about assessing: how can you test acquired skills, nor just (short time) memory of students?
