In addition to the Unknown Exception error, my co-worker is also having another issue. She created a new project and all of the master slide images are just showing up as a gray screen. Is this related to the ‘save’ issue?

You are the first one to mention this problem, which makes me wonder if it is related to the global Save issue?  Is your colleague using a Theme packaged with Captivate or a custom Theme? If it is a custom theme, where is the theme stored?
