Missing Assets and Quick Start features
Hi,
I attended an Adobe webinar yesterday on Captivate. The instructor showed a lot of different slide layouts that can be obtained in Assets. She also showed the Quick Start feature. I downloaded a trial version of Captivate today. I don’t see either of those. Am I missing something?

Can you check the exact version number under Help, About Captivate?
The Assets panel is under the big button top right (where you also have the Properties and Library buttons). I suppose you work in the Newbie UI. Do you see it? Maybe you can insert a screenshot of your screen?

I am not sure what you mean by ‘Quick Start’? In the Assets panel you can find Quick Start Projects which you can explore and edit (have several blogs about those workflows). Each of the slides in those project can also be inserted as Ready-to-go slides and used individually.
