unable to click on hotspot using my iphone
(5)

hi,

After I have published a 360 project and used my iPhone to view it, I am unable to click on the hotspot. I tried using the laptop, I am able to. May I know what is the issue?

Could it be that your hotspot is too small that it’s difficult to tap using a finger?

Especially with video, iPhone can be tricky. Do you have the same problems with a static 360 slide? You can try one of the sample projects provided to check out.

Moreover hotspots on a 360 video are not so easy to manage.  Did you see this blog:

Sorry, due to a glitch I had a double post.

Each video on iPhone needs a ‘permission’ to play. That is not the case for other devices.

Which iPhone, there are so many types?  And their OS changes all the time, has more restrictions than on Android devices. Did you try on any other mobile device?  Is it a Virtual project, or a 360° slide in a published cptx project? Static image or video?
