unable to see closed caption when publish in mp4
Hello experts,
I am publishing video content with closed caption in mp4 format but closed captions are disappearing in published content. I request your help and suggestions how I can get them included in final project. I would appreciate your earliest response. thank you.

Closed Captioning is part of the Skin in Captivate. That skin is only available when you publish to HTML5, and interactive course. See if the platform (like YouTube) where you publish your videos has the possibility to add CC as is possible for video. In an interactive published course the CC are synchronized with the audio, even when the audio is paused. Different from a passive video.
