Audio issue in rendered MP4 file
Hi Team,
I have been facing this issue from quite a while. The rendered Mp4 file has an audio file with glitches here and there, similar to that of a CD file. I have tried doing almost all the settings within the software. Still couldnot get in to the root cause of this issue. Kindly help me out as it a priority for me as it is related to my office work.
Thanks
Moin
Yup! The information provided is insufficient. You just said “glitches here and there” but didn’t describe what they are. Are they noises or some background sound that should not be there? Did you encounter error when importing an MP3 file to your Captivate project?
No answer yet? Often that means that not enough details have been provided. Some ideas:
- You publish to MP4 which is not the most preferred output for an eLearning course. What is the goal of the course?
- How did you set up the course? Video Demo would be the first choice since it has native output to MP4 but I doubt that is the case due to your audio issues. Did you create a cptx project (slide-based)?
- If it is a cptx-project how did you add audio: as slide audio or object audio? If it is slide audio did you keep the slides as short as possible and leave a gap to the audio timeline? I attached a screenshot
- Which exact version are you using (full number under Help, About Captivate)?
