Why is there no help from Adobe for Captivate? I am always sent here for help, nothing from Adobe.

For me, the most important is to have on-time help, no matter where it’s coming from. The problem is when the channel suggested is not fast enough. Sometimes a simple call would be better.

There are several problems with a ‘simple’ call, which would work only some occasions. Remember that Captivate is used over the whole world, you would need call centers in all parts, and speaking all languages.  Unless it is a video call, with possibility to share the screen, most problems will probably not be solved. What is ‘fast’? You have this portal, the default Adobe forums where many users from everywhere try to help, as well as staff members.

There are Adobe people on the forum that can hopefully help.

You were sent here or to the global Adobe forums? I have often asked a Captivate staff member for questions where I couldn’t solve the problem, in many cases the issues have been resolved. I am sorry that you were unlucky, try not to generalize.
