I have tried numerous times to get assistance..
Why is there no help from Adobe for Captivate? I am always sent here for help, nothing from Adobe.
There are several problems with a ‘simple’ call, which would work only some occasions. Remember that Captivate is used over the whole world, you would need call centers in all parts, and speaking all languages. Unless it is a video call, with possibility to share the screen, most problems will probably not be solved. What is ‘fast’? You have this portal, the default Adobe forums where many users from everywhere try to help, as well as staff members.
