Hello I need a help on publishing my Project of software simulation that I made with CP.
On some of my screens when I publish I don’t see the elements that are on the scree – the published screen is comletely BLANC but i can hear the off voice on the background.
Also on all my simulations screens I don’t see the red boxes that I’ve added to show up some fields on the captured software screen.
This is a mistery for me why I cannot see all the elements that are on the screens once published.
Someone can help?

Software simulations use the Blank daughter master slide, whatever the theme. If that slide is NOT Blank but has custom items they may cover up the backgrounds captured during the software simulation recording. My first question: is the Blank master slide really Blank???
