Summary
I am having some issues with the latest version of Captivate.
I have just updated from captivate 2017 to the 2019 version and it closes unexpectedly after 5 min approx. I am using a MacBook Pro 2019 running macOs Catalina 10.15.7. Is anybody having the same problem as well? Do you know any solutions? Thanks.

Which exact version are you using? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate. You are not yet on Big Sur which needed a completely new version as you can read here:
