The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of the historical context of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), the substantive provisions of ICWA, and strategies for ensuring compliance with the letter and spirit of ICWA.
The learner can participate in the course in multiple ways. There is a read path, a listen path and a watch path. Choose a path, or do all three! Jump between learning styles and test your knowledge in any of the 10 sessions. Explore all sessions or only the ones you want! Enjoy.

Very easy to navigate with a crisp layout and beautiful visuals. I also enjoyed the choices available for how to experience the project. However, some of the videos weren’t working when I viewed it.
