This is a very indulgent project I completed during a certification course. I was sent on writing about Filipino Folk Dances, but in between a full-time job and maintaining my work-life balance, I opted for a topic that is near and dear to my heart. I have been a long time fan of the South Korean music group BTS, and since I keep myself up to date with their activities and have invested so much of my own time learning about them, I thought it would be a fun project to take on. My guiding question was ” If someone wanted to learn about BTS and asked me about them, what would be the best way to teach them? What are the main things I want a new fan take away when learning about BTS?”

“BTS 101” is a short and sweet project – a little rough around the edges, but I do plan on refining this course in the coming weeks. It’s definitely far from where I want it to be, but it’s progress that I value.
