Summary
I have a course previously developed in Ispring and I need to update it in Captivate. Has anyone had to do something similar?
Do you know if there is a way to edit an Ispring course in Captivate?

iSpring is essentially based on Powerpoint and AFAIK there is no way to edit such a course in Captivate at all.
If you have the original PPT file, you could import it into Captivate but I will not recommend to do so, because the iSpring approach is much better if you need to start from a PPT-file.

Yes, it would be better to rebiuld in captivate.
