It is now May 2022 and this problem still hasn’t been fixed on win 10.
Doesn’t seem to be much care and attention for Captivate from Adobe. I tried one trial installer link. It did not install. I almost gave up, until I tried a different link, which gave me a choice of Captivate versions. I installed the appropriate one for my system and the installer started. Clearly the previous installer was incompatible with my system.
Hi Mark, can you explain the problem you’re facing? You can unlock this video and all the other Learning Hub content by clicking the ‘Proceed’ button and filling up the form that pops-up. Perhaps your pop-up blocker is switched on for this website. This is a one time activity. You might have to repeat this if you clear your browser cookies.

Ishan, it is still a problem, also happened last year. You have to ‘complete’ your profile for each view of a recording. I don’t think that is very user friendly, you can imagine that my profile has been posted multiple times already to this community.
