Is there another way I can add more text like on a website with a scroll bar?
I see that when you add more text than you have space for the pop-out option shows up. This seems good for mobile but ugly on the desktop. Is there another way I can add more text like on a website with a scroll bar?

Try the Scrolling Text Interaction.
The Scrolling Text Interaction is a good solution but unfortunately if you need different font sizing or formatting it falls short. Here is a neat solution involving creating HTML documents and embedding them into your slide.
