I love it after we regroup, we can discuss what we worked on. I have noticed my colleagues comment “I wish we could go back and see” or trainees say “Oh, I don’t have my notes.” I just want to go right in and show them that it can be done!!

All you have to do when you regroup is go to the waffle icon at the top. Open the menu. Towards the bottom you will see an option that says “Breakout Pods”. Open it up and you will see it listed by your breakout room names. When you go into that folder, you will see each pod in that room!

Many people just have a white board but what I really love to do is have an image of a worksheet and turn on the whiteboard options. Then they are actually editing the worksheet! It’s totally awesome and interactive. I have had them circle errors on reports, rewrite grammar mistakes, and work on flow charts.

The trainees have been super impressed with this capability!
