Software Simulation, the Software in the background looks off focus.
Hello has anyone recorded a software simulation and found that the software in the background looks off focus. The text fields when you enter text, lack the sharp look. If so, please can you let me know how you resolved the issue.
I have tried various resolutions and get the same look.

You don’t mention if you use Software simulation or Video Demo. Both can be used for demo video’s, but only the sims can also have interactivity and scored click boxes, Text Entry Boxes.
Indeed, changing the Preferences, Recording, Video Demo to 32-bit is a first possibility. It is confusing, because that applies not only to Video Demo, but also to the Full Motion Recording slides in Software simulations. It is one of the settings which can be set globally for all future projects. The choice of the capture window resolution is another possibility. Avoid having the upscale the output, but capture at a higher size. That choice is not only for the Full Motion Recording slides, but also for all static slides. Normally you have a lot more static than FMR slides.
Another recommendation: avoid FMR slides when possible. If you need them, replace them by Video Demo Slides, which have a lot better quality that FMR slides. Originally FMR slides were creating FLV videos, but since the demise of Flash player, they will be converted to MP4 but that is not always resulting in good quality.
If it is a pure demo you are creating, prefer Video Demo
In your Recording Settings, what is your Video Color Mode set to?
16 Bit can be a bit blurry and cause focus issues, while 32 Bit offers a bit better quality and clarity.
