If I created a blog post or video tutorial, are they immediately posted and do I immediately earn the points, or is there some sort of vetting process before everyone can view or read it?
Vetting process, like, I mean, what if I made a blog post or video, and someone else already made something like it in the past? Is there a system in place, or a group of checkers/editors/gatekeepers who ensure that no two similar blog posts or videos are created?

Thank you

When you create a blog post – it is “moderated”.

I put that in quotes because I don’t believe anyone truly vets the content.

You’ll find a number of postings that have nothing to do with Captivate or eLearning and bring no value to this community – and yet they are still passed through.

It can sometimes be upwards of a week before you see your content appear.

That makes it really sad – when no one truly moderates – it just makes the community seem ignored.

You will get the points right away when it is approved though.

Thank you Greg.

I remember setting this question of mine to draft, because I noticed that the button for is “Send for Review”, but I already click Send for Review, and then changed it back to Draft. Didn’t realize it will post aftet four days.
