I just added a scroll box to my Cp project. It worked well but since the Norwegian alphabet has three letters that are not found in the English alphabet, CP changes the letters to question marks when published. Is there any way to change this?

you should use a font which in its extended character set includes the special Norwegian characters. I used the Web Safe Font Helvetica (see attachment). Though I reckon all Web Safe Fonts like Arial, Georgia, Times etc will work.
