Clearing the browser and other caches usually would help that type of issue. If it doesn’t then you may have to do some reinstallation. I would contact Adobe support for clarity on the issue.

Are you one a subscription license? Which exact version: you find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.

Try to clear the cache, to clean the Preferences. Eventually log out of the CC application (necessary to be able to use Adobe fonts), and log back in.

Try reaching out to captivatehelp@adobe.com They should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.

I had similar before – Try checking to make sure the site isn’t running in internet explorer compatibility mode.

Some companies run older systems that still require internet explorer. They shouldn’t really. However, they then also need an up to date browser for newer online services. Rather than have 2 they use say edge and set particular domains to open in internet explorer compatibility mode. It may be that your organisation has the whole of adobe set and need to be more specific. If working in a company, speak to your sys admins or cyber security team and they should be able to help.

If it’s on your own machine, This article explains it a little more about how to view and change settings in Edge… https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/450116/how-to-enable-ie-mode-on-microsoft-edge.html

Let me know how you get on!
