Is there still a valid workflow of the .txt GIFT file format when creating quizzes via bulk data import of that .txt file?
This feature allowed you to upload it and it automated entering the quiz questions and correct answers instantly into a quiz template. Where is the process workflow for that and the sample GIFT .txt coded file to use?

Personally I still prefer GIFT import over the most recent CSV import because the last has a bug which makes localisation difficult. A couple of years ago I wrote a blog post explaining the main difference between both quiz imports. Not sure if this would be useful however.
