What is your background? Which skills do you have already acquired?

Sorry, if this is not the answer you expected, but your question is so broad. For learning, no one is a blank slate, everyone had experiences – good or bad –  with learning. Maybe you took some online learning? Which applications do you use presently? Do you have used any Adobe application, or are you presently only busy with MS applications?

Even more important: what is your goal? If looking for a tool in any domain, would you also just ask: is it easy to manipulate, or are you interested in what is possible with the tool?
