I am working as an instructional designer and I have been using Adobe Captivate from last 3 years. Just last month I explored interaction feature of Adobe Captivate and writing this testimonial right after working on it for a month.
Pros:

1. It is easy to use, anyone can learn it by exploring it.

2. You can customise it and change the colours.

3. It is one of the best elearning tools in the market.

4. If you are facing any issue you can refer the discussions forum or you can post your question there. It works.

Cons:

1. I was trying to add images in the interaction(Timeline template) and the option is not there, I can just see an option to add a template.
