We are thrilled to announce that the much-awaited Project Charm beta is launching soon! Last month we announced the upcoming Adobe Learning Summit in Las Vegas from October 4-6. Every year at the summit, we take the opportunity to showcase all the latest innovations from Adobe’s labs. This year, we are going beyond the sneak peeks. For the first time ever, get a hands-on experience of Project Charm. Test this all-new reimagined version of Adobe Captivate, packed with intuitive features designed for effortless authoring. We welcome you to share your valuable feedback with us. Our team will be there to demo, handhold, and support as you embark on the journey to create fabulous eLearning content, quickly.

So I have just installed Project Charm Beta. That’s it I am off. What a load of rubbish! Adobe what were you thinking!!!!! Do you look at your competitors at all??
The app is no longer as intuitive as it once was. I will be cancelling my re-new and moving away. I was hoping for big things here but no.
Like so many others, I can’t wait for this new iteration to be made available, it seems like it’s stalled so many times that it’s like playing peek a boo with a child… now you see it, now you don’t.
Please hurry up and release it, or I’m sure like other people, Adobe may lose a long-standing customer
Please fill up this form to register for the Project Charm pre-release beta.
“Much-awaited” is an understatement. With the multiple current versions of Captivate grinding to a halt (I am currently using two laptops in order to continue working, one for editing and one – running an older OS – for previewing and publishing), a stable release will indeed be a blessing. At this point, a lot of us are not even that much bothered about ‘exciting new features’, a version that can consistently perform what was promised three years ago would already be a significant improvement. This is damaging to the Adobe image: Captivate acting like some sort of ransomware, holding our entire library of projects hostage. More than charm will be needed…
Like so many, I am waiting anxiously for the public beta. So happy to see this on your agenda.
Unfortunately, I cannot make it to the US to join in live. Too bad 2022 is not virtual as it was last year.
Will you be able to update us soon on when the public beta will be available? My certification expires at the end of the year and I would like to renew with a sound knowledge of the new version.
I saw that Charm was demo’d at the eLearning Summit yesterday and there was a test kitchen. If anyone was there or if anyone from the Captivate/Charm team are on here, can anyone tell me if updates have been made to the accessibility features, specifically the ability to manually reorder elements for screen readers, like Storyline has. This feature is crucial for us. Thanks!
