Neon fails to install
Last week, when I first embarked on purchasing and learning Adobe Captivate, the installation did not load the assets. It turns out that this was a bug and Adobe fixed it within a day. Now, in my efforts to learn by watching the tutorial, I quickly found that I needed to install Neon. As with earlier installations of the assets, I face this roadblock. Is this something new? Do I just need to lower my expectations and embrace that many bugs will continue to appear in my experience of the software? Is there a fix?
