Assets Missing in 11.8
Ive recently installed Captivate and my assets are missing. Has anyone experienced this and how did you resolve? Thanks!

The assets appear in my product, but I am unable to select any to insert into the slides. It makes a ping sound when I click insert like it is experiencing an error. Already filled out the bug form! Hoping someone has found a solution or workaround!

Same thing happened with me yesterday. I documented a full support ticket request and still waiting for a response. I will let you know what I find out. If you have a solution, please advise.
