Have just had the same thing but if you click on the error message a form comes up and you can complete the mandatory fields there.

I’m having this same issue- strange as was able to watch the first half yesterday but am now not allowed to ‘Proceed’ without a complete profile- but I have edited my profile and it looks as complete as it can be.
Same issue as Richard & Mary

Try to view but says it needs a complete profile. I have updated my profile but the error still will not let me view the video. What am I missing?
Edit the profile (circle), then click the button.
