I am using Imac with M1 Chip and Mac OS Ventura. When opening Project –> Advanced Actions getting the above Null message in all fields and am unable to close the window too. I reinstalled Captivate_2019_LS21.dmg but no use. Cleared Cache and all preferences before reinstallation but still no use. Please help if any of you know the solution.
I am a Windows user, but I have seen this issue appearing multiple times in the forums. It seems to be an incompatibility error between the versions of your OS and Captivate. You have tried the usual troubleshooting workflows apparently without result. Which exact version of CP2019 do you use? There are so many releases under that common name. Ventura is from October 2022, which means you should use version 11.8.1 which is not yet available at this moment for Mac. Just a little bit of patience. See:
