Use the On enter event of the slide with the action ‘Hide Image’.

Alternative: put the image as second state in a multistate object, where the Normal state is an invisible Shape (Opacity and stroke set to zero). Do not activate ‘Retain state….’ and the second state will only become visible if you use an action ‘Go to Next State’ on that object.
