We did investigate and discovered that there was a technical issue at the backend. It is now rectified. Could you please:
- Try accessing the resources from a fresh window and from an incognito window?
- Let me know if you are still asked to fill out the profile information?
- If yes, please share the screen shots/screen recording of the same so that we can deep dive to the root cause.
