Hi all,
I have had issues with responsive courses that have text entries in them. The learner often has to zoom in on a mobile device and type in a response. However, to advance to the next slide, it does not continue when they swipe, and they can’t seem to get out of the current slide even after zooming back out.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks!
Are you using Text Entry Boxes or Scrolling Text Interactions?
In the first scenario: how did you configure the TEB? Is it validated? If yes, how many attempts do you have and what are the actions set for Success and Last Attempt? Do they use the Submit button?
If it is a non-validated TEB, what is the action for Success? Same question about Submit.
A Scrolling Text Interaction is not interactive, normally the swipe should work in that case.
