Problem Statement:
Bulk removal of instructor role using custom user group

Brief Description:
There are scenarios wherein accounts might have a vast list of instructors and now want to keep the instructor role to only a few users.

Steps/Troubleshooting:

1. Log in as admin and turn off all the email templates.

2. Go to users>>User group>> custom>> Add >> Create a custom user group ( for example: “custom Instructor group”)  with an “All Users” group in the inclusion set.
 a. It’s ok if the custom UG has more than the desired users in the inclusion set.

3. Add the individual users (whom you need to retain the instructor role) in the Exclusion set one by one. These are the only users who should have an instructor role.
a. System will first create a list of all the users in the inclusion set and remove specified users from the exclusion set.

4. Click on Save. This creates a custom user group with the details above.

5. Go to users -> user group -> select previously created user group>>click on the number of people count, review/check if all 16 instructors were excluded. 

6. Once reviewed, go to users -> search for the custom user group added -> select all (scroll down to ensure all the users are selected) -> Actions>>remove instructor role
