I’ve pulled a single slide from the 2019 Asset Library – Scenario Interaction 2. I can find and edit the text for the correct answer, but I cannot figure out where to find the incorrect response to edit it. For example, “Option A” is incorrect. When clicked, this text appears, “INCORRECT! Provide prescriptive feedback to guide….” How can I navigate to this text so that i can crate my own incorrect response?

It would help if you also mentioned the Quick Start Project from which this slide was taken. There are two slides with that name: in the Aspire and in the Earth project. I suspect you mean the Aspire one.
As is often the case, here a multistate object is used for the feedback messages. The ResponseCaption is a multistate object. Open the Object state panel by clicking the State View button in its Properties panel. You could have found this tip and more in my blog post:
