Hi wondering if anyone can help,
Preview project and previewing HTML5 in browser isn’t loading the preview (just has the loading icon) and learners can’t view in LMS. This is for quite a few of my projects and not sure what it could be. I save in a shared drive and my colleague was unable to open it, with this message coming up. Old projects from a month or 2 back seem fine. If anyone has encountered this issue and has any ideas would appreciate if you could let me know how to resolve.
That is an allround error message, it can be due to many causes.
I would start by simplifying the title, avoid dots and spaces.
Did you check the HTML Tracker to see if you don’t have SWF-based components in this project.
Same error can also appear if the project starts to corrupt for some reasons. Try to hide slides to find the culprit.
Last question: it helps if you mention the exact version of CP used (full version number under Help, About Captivate) and the OS.
You may also try the normal troubleshooting steps: clean cache avoiding to do it for the present project by keeping it open, and Clean the Preferences.
