Need solution
When I try to export the captions from captivate to word document, font size is not retained. If font size in captivate is 12, the exported word document is having the font size as 9. How to rectify this?

I have never experienced that problem. What happens when you re-imported the translated document in Captivate? Does it have the correct font size?
Can you tell which version of Captivate and Word you are using, and which OS? The full version number of Captivate can be found under Help, About Captivate.
