Hi matth31597596

Your query was noted and i worked with our product team. Please try this and let me know if it worked:

select the SCORM1.2 or SCORM2004 and publish – it will create a zip file and upload to any LMS that supports SCORM standard

If you still continue to face issues, please feel free to revert to me and we can resolve this by partnering with the internal teams.

You don’t specify which version of Captivate you are using, so I will give a general answer which is the same for all versions of Capivate.

You don’t have to convert to SCORM. To publish to a folder which contains all the necessary files for a SCORM compliant course, you only have to activate and set up Reporting under Quiz Preferences. You’ll be able to choose a SCORM template, and the needed criteria. After that setup, when published the output folder will automatically be zipped (a SCORM requirement) and you have a so-called ‘SCO’ to upload to your LMS.
