Scorm upload failed
Issue :
When author is upload a zipped file in content library and processing it, system is throwing error and the scorm upload fails.
There are many scenarios as to why the content upload fails.
1. Try to open the zipped file to check the components of scorm file.
2. System will not be able to open the file or extract the zipped file.
3. Now test on scorm cloud to see if the file upload is successful.
If the content is not processed in SCORM CLOUD, the issue is with the content package itself and not the LMS. You can reach out to authoring tool support team so that they can assist.
