How To Mark Completion in Bulk

Scenario: A course has 627 enrolled users, but you only need to mark 495 of them as complete.
Instructions:
- Prepare a list of the 495 users to mark complete.
- Create a custom user group and add the users to the group ( Copy from the list and Paste ).
- Go to the course and search for the custom user group.
- Select the user group to view the enrolled users.
- Scroll down to view the full list of users in the user group.
- Select the users to mark complete and make sure that the number of selected users matches the number of users in your list.
- Click Actions > Mark Completion.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes for the status to update on the UI.
Notes:
- This method will only mark the entire course as complete, not individual modules.
- You can only use the current system date to mark completion. You cannot use historic dates.
