Is there Release schedule for Adobe Captivate?
It is great that you try to help other users, but please do not confuse them.
Adobe Captivate is NOT part of the Creative Cloud. The consequence is that you will never find notifications about updates in the CC app. Could you also provide a link to the ‘Adobe Captivate’s blog’, please? I have no idea what you mean by that blog. My personal blog is labeled as ‘Captivate blog’ (got permission) but I have no insight in any schedule.
Updates are found in the official Adobe Captivate forum, mostly posted by Saurav Gosh. Here is the announcement of the most recent version of 12:
Sometimes there is also a blog post about the update here in the eLearning community, but not always immediately.
Adobe Captivate doesn’t have a fixed public release schedule. New versions or updates are released based on development progress and feature readiness. To stay updated, you can follow Adobe Captivate’s blog, social media, and forums, and also check the Adobe Creative Cloud application for notifications about updates.
But I wouldn’t hold my breath. May be awhile…..
