What happened to Adobe Captivate Classic??? Was just forced to update to this and now all my customizations are gone and it looks like the ability to redo them is gone. Where is the index.html file? Why can’t I change the Workspace? Adobe is discontinuing this anyways, so why couldn’t you have just left it alone? UGGGG!!!

Can you please explain which customisation you are pointing at? I suspect you are talking about 11.8, which is buggier than 11.5. Team took out all SWF-related featjres even though they were functioning for HTML output (Learning interactions, slide transitions which worked only in MP4 output.
But you still can have workspaces, turning on ‘Enable custom….’ under Preferences, General settins. You still can set up Preferences and Themes for customisation. It is the NEW version 12 which lost many features
