Using the trial version of captivate v12, is it possible to import a CSV quiz file like in captivate classic trial? If so, how? There is no longer a “Quiz” menu.

Not at this moment, import GIFT neither. To add this features is on the bucket list of the team . You can add your voice to the feature request in the Captivate uservoice forum which you can reach from the Help menu.
