Yes, using SharePoint to host the source file.
Hi! Yes, you can for sure. Just that you have to have a shared location where you are saving the source file. Complete the work and then publish from any one Adobe Captivate license. Hope this helps.
AFAIK there is still no way to collaborate simultaneously on a Captivate project, an problem which I have been discussing since many years but apparently not important enough. At least it should be made possible to check in/out to avoid real problems.
You cannot work on a project stored on a networked drive, but have to download it to your own system, which is anotherhurdle. Sorry… I am just a user as well but have supported many companies where a team is engaged in eLearning projects and recognize this problem.
