Hello! I am currently designing a learning program for an MNC. My audience is dispersed across the globe. I plan to conduct a thorough TNA before designing the program. Suggest ways in which I can conduct TNA for such a dispersed audience?

Hey there! Surveys work well as you can send links to the participants which they can fill up as per their convenience. We use a dynamic Function vs. Skill matrix for all the individuals in the organization. It proves very useful to identify the skill gap and design programs accordingly.

Hi! You may have a one-on-one virtual connect with a sample audience from every region. This will help you get region-specific preferences if any You can also send them survey links with questionnaires including open-ended questions. They help you understand learner preferences for learning styles, course topics, duration, and so on. Analyzing past learner feedback may also give you important insights while designing the program.

Please do not use acronyms which can have multiple meanings. I suspect you mean Training Needs Analysis?

A short queston for a very complicated situation. A Multinational Corporation may include people of very diverse cultures, even using multiple languages, or have people with very similar mindsets. I have been helping companies in the second situation mostly. Topics are very important as well. Example: courses about measures to lower the global world temperature seem to be universal, but the practtcal consequences are very different depending on the country. But if it is a company with a limited set of proposals the global impact will be much less.
