Buttons not displaying on iPad devices

When exporting my new Captivate course as HTML (I haven’t been able to test in an LMS yet) many of the buttons in my course are invisible, in particular on knowledge check questions. I have attached a screenshot.

How can I submit this as a bug report? If I go to feature request/bug report it takes me to Allegiance Tech/InMoment and asks me to log in.

Please, can you add that screenshot? You need to upload the attachment.

It is very important to know exactly which version you are using. Are you on version 12.2 or a previous one? Full version number can be found under Help, About Captivate. I see that you add the tag ‘Responsive eLearning’, does that mean that you are on a responsive project? If you don’t use version 12, which workflow did you use: Fluid boxes or Breakpoint views.

Important is also to know which browser(s) you use for testing. Safari is the worst and since you talk about iPad I fear that it is the only one you used. Try to use Chrome or Firefox to see if it is the same problem.
