1. Somtimes when the admin manually wants to upload a user CSV file, they may encounter the warning message ‘CSV upload disabled as the data source is configured for this account’.
2.This is because the account will be automatically importing the users through a data source such as FTP connector or Box connector etc.. In such cases, as the data source is enabled, manual CSV upload will be disabled.
3.However, we can disable the data source and manually upload the user CSV file.
