I’m having issues with the Retake Quiz button disappearing for some of my students.  In Captivate the settings do include unlimited attempts and the show Retake Quiz button is checked off.  I ran a test and purposefully failed the quiz.  I was able to retake the quiz.  However, multiple students have indicated that the option to retake is not there.  The project is posted on Moodle, and will not allow them to redo the course at all.  Any ideas how to fix this?

Which version do you use, please? Did you read the thread on the Adobe forum for which I posted a link in my first comment?

Are you the same user who posted a similar question in the Adobe Captivate forum? I am talking about this thread:

If not I will summarize the conclusion at this moment: it looks like the score master slide or the score slide has been messed up. I proposed to use a default master slide and to hide the Retake button under the Review button. Those specific learners may have clicked the Review button instead of the Retake button and that means that all further attempts have been deleted.
