Hi,

We have uploaded mp4 videos directly to Adobe Learning Manager (uploaded as Content in the Content Library and then we create a Course using that content as a Self-Paced Module).

We want to disable the playback bar at the bottom so people can’t just pull the slider to end to complete the training. We cannot seem to find where this setting is located. Can someone help?

Hi ydaa320069WW ,

Thank you for reaching out.

In order to customize the player controls the admin will need to enable the feature from under Settings>General>Player settings.

Once the feature is enabled at the account level, the author should be able to customize the player settings for different courses from within the course >settings>scroll down to player controls. (Attached screenshot)

Please note that the playback control customization is not applicable to the native Adobe Learning Manager. As of now it can be leveraged on headless implementations of ALM.
