How do I print out text and screenshots of each slide in Adobe Captivate 12.3? I was able to print a Word document in Captivate 2019. Has this functionality been removed from the new Captivate?
As Lieve said, not possible yet. But if you really need them printed, you can open your project in preview, and right mouse click and select “print” for each of your slides as you go through your project. This is tedious and time consuming, though.
It has not been removed, it is just one of the many features which are not yet added to that new application. Sorry, be patient, it may be added in the future. You could speed that up by entering or supporting a feature request.
